With 20 years of combined experience, our mission is to create eye-catching imagery for artists, makers, and conscious brands. We understand that photography is one of the most important elements in how your business is portrayed to your audience. Our focus is to understand your brand’s goals and provide full service art direction & set design.

Kim Jay is the life of the party and a true campaigner for good times. When she isn’t cutting shapes on a dance floor or actively engaging in her close knit community of friends, she’s cozying up with her husband and two cats, rotating through their impressive record collection.
Kim is a lover of organized systems and workflows. When she sets her mind to something, she rallies with an infectious level of enthusiasm and gets after her goals. With a background in photojournalism, she has an undeniable skill for storytelling and creating art that conveys emotion.

Dee is a finely balanced introverted extrovert. She enjoys her time in solitude, rooted in fitness, self care and personal growth. She also thrives in social environments with close friends and family, while religiously attending countless summer music festivals.
Dee is a big dreamer and deep feeler with a keen eye for detail. Her forte is the curation of all things beautiful, which is reflected anywhere from her home decor to immaculate set designs. Her calm and easy-going demeanor brings a grounded energy to everything she does. She is an observer by nature, and has the ability to hone in on details that might otherwise be overlooked.

The birth of our decade-long friendship began by taking photos of musicians & rockstars while getting our groove on in the photo pit at Rifflandia Music Festival. It has since evolved into a mutual appreciation for arts, music, and nurturing our community of like-minded friends & loved ones. While shooting in tandem for years from our own photography businesses, we realized that we could lift each other to greater heights in partnership than we could ever do on our own. Which is how we ultimately decided to create Ethos, a female led photography duo, business partners & best buds. We are the yin to each others’ yang, playing to each others’ strengths, and having a damn good time while doing it.
